Who We Are

We are a consultancy company delivering bespoke solutions to one of the most critical challenges in healthcare systems today: access to medicines.

International Expertise

We have worked with health systems in over 70 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin and North America.

As result of our work, we also have an extensive network of practitioners we can tap into, in both developed and emerging economies, and ensure cross-transfer of knowledge between systems

Pharmaceutical policy and implementation advice:

We have experience working with detailed technical aspects of policy (e.g. pricing methodologies, benefit package design, HTA practices), as well as high level political experience.

This gives us the unique advantage of being able to support the development of policies as well as help us support our clients in navigating potentially sensitive political areas required for implementation.

Strategic management of the public-private interface in the health sector.

Our staff have both private and public sector experience, and have successfully managed to create a bridge in terms of language and understanding of the two sectors.

As health systems evolve, public-private partnerships become the next area of interest, and it is imperative to use initially a mediator that is able to understand both perspectives and can help the representatives of the two sectors identify potential win-win solutions to specific local problems.

Development of pharmaceutical policies and financing of medicines.

We have an extensive hands-on knowledge on tools and policy solutions for a diverse array of potential issues that may arise in the implementation of pharmaceutical policies.

Development of holistic pharmaceutical systems, specific health interventions or both

While working across multiple health systems we have been able to identify success factors and critical elements of the pharmaceutical governance system.

As result, we have created our own trademark methodology to support the integration/ correlation between stakeholders and functions of the system, to ensure easier, more efficient, transparent and accountable transfer of information across stakeholders, from policy makers, to regulatory aspects, to reimbursement agencies.
